Miserable malalignment syndrome

Recuerden el Sx de miserable malalignment: caderas antevesas, patelas bizcas, torsion tibial externa, genu recurvatum, pie plano. Las Rx axiales de patelas son normales. En estos pacientes NO esta indicada una liberacion de retinaculo lateral. Generalmente el tratamiento es conservador.
